When it comes to fingerprint identification, there is a myth that I feel needs addressed:
"I don't want my fingerprint stored"
Most people seem to think that when they use a fingerprint scanner that their fingerprint is being captured and stored. This is not the case. The Digital Persona U.are.U 4500 fingerprint readers that we supply reference 10 unique points on your fingerprint, and then converts this data into a 256-bit string. There is no data stored that would personally identify you.
If you have any other concerns about the use of biometric fingerprint solutions then why not call me on 07715 991 787 to discuss this further?
